Welcome back to another episode of The Stress Mastery Podcast. Many times, we say we value our family, that family is the most important thing in life, yet our actions tell a very different story. How is it possible to value your family and not take care of ourselves? We complain that we don’t have time to exercise yet we say we value our family, is it true value for our family when we are sick? We say we value our family yet we say we don’t have time for personal growth, is it true value for our family when we are stuck in negativity and depression? If you truly value your family then you will become selfish, with a capital ‘S’ and this leads to a better you which translates into a better model for your family. This is value.
