Hello and Welcome back to another episode of The Stress Mastery Podcast. Our habits make up the quality of our lives. When we desire to make a change, we must create new programs which are habits. The challenge we all have is that our habits are designed by nature to never change. We have what is called a Habit Loop that keeps us stuck unconsciously in a pattern of action. If we can break the loop we can break the habit.
