Hello and Welcome to another week of The Stress Mastery Podcast. This week our Topic is Stepping Out of Stress and today’s Motivational Monday we will discuss The Self- Image and Stress. Our Self-Image is what creates the life we live. It determines the actions we take and our success and failure in all Five Life Categories. Stress is caused by the conflict that we have between self-images. One is the lower self-image programmed thru Tribalization (Ego) and the Higher Self-Image of our Growth. This creates stress.
