“Emotional Wellness.” In this show we will be starting the
section “Watchfulness: The Key to Transformation.” Osho talks
about disidentifying from our thoughts and how this is easier
than disidentifying from our feelings. He explains that
feelings are rooted deeper in our biology, in our physiology.
He explains if you can start witnessing the thoughts you
will kick off a revolution within you.
