Welcome to another episode of The Stress Mastery Podcast. Today’s Connection Thursday we are discussing the premise that ‘You’ are not broken. Our Identity drives our behavior. If we believe we are a victim and adopt the identity we are a victim we behave like a victim. The same goes if you believe you must be fixed. To be fixed we must believe we are broken and this creates an identity we are broken which drives behavior to act like we are not enough. Listen in and I look forward to your comments and thoughts.
