This week our topic is The Comfort Zone and today’s Connection Thursday we are discussing the Energetic Force of Momentum. When we attempt to change or create a new habit we must understand the energetic forces of the comfort zone. The current habit has a pull to remain in place. It doesn’t matter if this is a good or so-called bad habit. When we begin moving toward creating the new habit we are pulled in resistance until we shift the energetic force of momentum.
