Hello and Welcome to another week of The Stress Mastery Podcast. This week our topic is Equanimity. Today’s Motivational Monday we will discuss how in Stress Mastery we use Equanimity. Equanimity is mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situation. In SM we first use Equanimity as a tool and then as we progress Equanimity becomes our state, this is when we achieve Stress Mastery.
